Persevere through the tough times, and hang on in there, because it will get better 

As a football fan, I follow the fortunes of several clubs. One of them, Rhyl 1879, was in action on Monday just gone. 

There’s more in the video, but the way that the game swung – from one extreme to the other – is typical of life sometimes. 

You could describe life’s emotions as riding a rollercoaster. One moment you can be on a high and the next you’re down in the dumps. 

Persevere through the tough times, and hang on in there, because it will get better. 

Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.
