You got to know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em

I played football last night, and felt more like 83-years-old, rather than 63 years of age. Is it time to hang up the boots or should I play on? Or, as per Kenny Rogers’ The Gambler, do I hold ‘em or fold ‘em?
