As is often the case, the inspiration for The Church at Hiraeth messages come from my own life’s journey. In this instance, for today’s Wednesday Words of Wisdom, I was on an early morning fishing session.
My original intention was to stay for three hours but, that became four, which then turned into five. The reason I persevered was because I just knew that it would come good.
Right at the end, on the last cast, I caught the fish that I had set my stall out for. Yes, there are times when we need to know that it’s time to let go. However, there are also times when we need to not give up and to keep going.
“But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.”
