This time, I’m going with one of my favourite artists and songs.
Stephen Stanley is a relatively new artist from Georgia USA, who had his first record deal in 2020. I came across him when I was flitting through Spotify in one of my quests for new music.
Usually I play a few lines of a song, listen to the voice etc, and see if it appeals to me. As soon as I heard his vocals I knew I had found something special.
His songs vary in style from rock to more of a ballad, but my all-time favourite is ‘Rest In The Father’. All of his songs have a positive message, this particular one is about giving all of our worries over to God. That is the thing I like about Christian music, while you are listening, the song is actually doing you good.
